NP/PA: Inpatient Neurology

About the role

ChristianaCare is seeking an Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Inpatient Neurology team. Our exceptional and diverse team works together to care for patients within the hospital with a variety of neurologic diseases. Our primary Stroke service is located in our award-winning Comprehensive Stroke Certified hospital on the Newark, DE campus. Additionally, our neurology consultative service cares for patients within hospitals at both our Newark and Wilmington Campuses. The Neurology providers work together with a multidisciplinary team including Neurohospitalists, Vascular Neurologists, NeuroInterventionalists, NeuroIntensivists, and a variety of outpatient sub-specialty Neurologists to care for patients with acute ischemic stroke, neuro-immunologic disease, seizure/epilepsy, encephalopathy, migraine, neuromuscular disease, and other neurologic conditions.
