Inpatient Behavioral Health Registered Nurse RN

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing support for patients and their families, acting as a catalyst for change and empowerment toward recovery from behavioral health conditions.
- Offer meaningful feedback to help our multidisciplinary team tailor treatment goals to the individual needs of every person.
- Educate and support patients and their families during behavioral health admission.
- Lead patient observations, milieu management, and communication to address emergent needs, ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university-affiliated nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut.
- BLS certification required.
- Behavioral/Psychiatric experience preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time, 36-hour day shift.
- Every other weekend and holiday.
