Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, specializing in inpatient medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to monitor patients, prioritize clinical needs, respond to emergencies, and deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively across the care continuum and address patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Experience: New grads and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply; less than 2 years of experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong assessment, clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication abilities.
- Additional: Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
