Key Responsibilities
- Conducting multiple brews per week to support commercial and R&D objectives
- Maintaining a tour-ready pilot brewery
- Monitoring and sampling ongoing fermentations
- Cleaning and maintaining brewery equipment
- Packaging samples to support commercial tasting opportunities
- Participating in sensory analysis with our panel
- Preventative maintenance on facility and equipment
- Managing multiple processes simultaneously
- Performing preventative maintenance on facility and equipment
- Ensuring quality and consistency in the process
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year professional experience brewing in a commercial brewery
- At least 21 years of age
- Computer proficiency: email, documents, spreadsheets, search engines
- Excellent record keeping
- Able to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly

Compensation and Benefits
- $50,000 - $70,000 per year (compensation commensurate with experience)
