Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting multiple brews per week to support commercial and R&D objectives
  • Maintaining a tour-ready pilot brewery
  • Monitoring and sampling ongoing fermentations
  • Cleaning and maintaining brewery equipment
  • Packaging samples to support commercial tasting opportunities
  • Participating in sensory analysis with our panel
  • Preventative maintenance on facility and equipment
  • Managing multiple processes simultaneously
  • Performing preventative maintenance on facility and equipment
  • Ensuring quality and consistency in the process

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year professional experience brewing in a commercial brewery
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Computer proficiency: email, documents, spreadsheets, search engines
  • Excellent record keeping
  • Able to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly

Compensation and Benefits

  • $50,000 - $70,000 per year (compensation commensurate with experience)
