Inn In-Room Dining Supervisor - Flex *Sign-On Bonus*

About the role

The In-Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for overseeing in-room dining operations including Room Service, Cottages, Pool, Chateau Tier Lounge, Lobby Coffee & Water stations, and any applicable BEOs. This role requires adherence to Biltmore Standards and ensuring that all services meet or exceed these standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations and staff daily
• Handle escalated guest service recovery and resolve complaints
• Aid in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff
• Facilitate communication between In-Room Dining Servers and Culinary teams
• Assist with server duties during peak periods
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all F&B products and menu items
• Support F&B leadership with monthly inventory and supply maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum two (2) years related food and beverage supervisory/management experience
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering world-class guest service and leadership skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Biltmore’s systems, products, and protocols

Benefits

Eligible positions receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid across the first 120 days, with $500 distributed within the first 30 days. The starting pay range is $19.44/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
