Injury Management Coordinator - (LPN/LVN)

Position Overview

The Injury Management Coordinator plays a significant role in the daily operations of the Injury Management Department by supporting the Management Team and its Case Managers. The Injury Management Coordinator will assist with coordination of care for cases handled by the Department.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Obtain and compile medical records for case review
• Cookordinate second opinion with specialists as needed
• Cookordinate diagnostic procedures such as MRI
• Cookordinate medical appointments, such as follow up visits
• Obtain diagnostic results from treating facilities for case review
• Locate and coordinate new clinics as directed by Managers
• Provide communication updates to the assigned Case Manager in a timely manner
• Aid in office related tasks as needed

Education

Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nurse Program.

Licensures/Certification

Must possess and retain a valid LPN license.

Experience

One (1) to three (3) years healthcare, administrative office experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment managing multiple tasks.
