Ingredient Receiver Rail Operator FM02 - 1st shift - Aurora Feed Mill

About the role

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner, running the computer to route ingredients, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Must be able to work in and be exposed to outside temperatures and environment. May lift in excess of 80 lbs., operate heavy equipment, and climb stairs on a routine basis. Must maintain a clean work area and break area.

Responsibilities

• File both alphabetically and numerically
• Operate live haul scales and keep feed cleaned up from on and around the scale area
• Communicate professionally both orally and in writing
• Compute grower weights and head count
• Train and operate a Rail Mover Operator

Requirements

• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Internal applicants will be considered first
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for rehire, with a 180-day (6-month) waiting period
