Location & Work Hours

Work Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday (may be on call 24 hrs/7 days).

Responsibilities

• Independently installs, monitors, maintains, configures, upgrades, administers, and operates assigned multiple technology domains.
• Installs, maintains, configures, upgrades, and administers hardware and software in workstation support, server support, business continuity, information security support, telecommunications, and network connectivity.
• Diagnoses, analyzes, and resolves issues for customers across assigned technology domains.
• Performs desktop support including hardware, software, printers, network connectivity, and peripherals; installs, configures, and provides basic use instruction for software.

Qualifications

• Option 1: 48 months combined experience installing, monitoring, maintaining, configuring, upgrading, or administering multiple technology domains, including at least 12 months with the primary technology specified by the agency.
• Option 2: Associate degree in computer science or information systems + 30 months combined experience as above, including at least 12 months with the primary technology.
• Option 3: Undergraduate degree in computer science or information systems + 24 months combined experience as above, including at least 12 months with the primary technology.
• Only applicants with experience in the required primary technology listed in the official position description will be considered.
