About the role

This role supports the tokenization of infrastructure projects across various sectors including energy, data centers, transportation, and public-private partnerships. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence, project structuring, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze energy and infrastructure projects for tokenization readiness, develop financial models, and design capital structures.
  • Conduct due diligence on infrastructure assets, prepare offering materials, and coordinate legal and regulatory work.
  • Build detailed project finance models, scenario analyses, and investment memos to support decision-making and capital deployment.
  • Support the buildout of a first-of-its-kind infrastructure tokenization platform in partnership with public-sector institutions.
  • Establish and document processes for asset onboarding, investor workflows, compliance procedures, and offering preparation.
  • Coordinate with partners including issuers, investors, public agencies, counsel, technical teams, vendors, politicians, bureaucrats, and more.
  • Track implementation milestones, manage workstreams, and ensure deliverables are met across legal, technical, and capital formation tracks.

Requirements

Experience: 3–6+ years in infrastructure finance, project finance, investment banking, consulting (infrastructure/energy/public sector focus), or development finance. Early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Financial Skills: Strong financial modeling capabilities with experience analyzing infrastructure projects, understanding credit structures, and evaluating long-term cash flow assets.

Builder Mentality: Comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating processes from scratch, and taking ownership of open-ended problems without clear playbooks.

Communication: Able to translate complex financial, technical, and policy considerations into clear, actionable plans for diverse stakeholders including public agencies, legal teams, and capital providers.

Mission-Driven: Genuinely motivated by infrastructure development, economic development, and using innovative financing tools to solve real-world capital access problems.

Execution-Oriented: Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution that gets stuff done!

Qualifications

Former infrastructure or project finance banker ready to trade deal volume for depth and impact — you want to build something new rather than execute the next mandate.

Management consultant with finance experience ready to move from advisory to execution— you're tired of making recommendations and want to see capital actually deploy.

Development finance professional seeking to build innovative platforms — you understand blended capital and public-private partnerships but want to apply those skills to frontier solutions.

Startup operator with finance background looking for mission-driven work — you've experienced the 0-to-1 buildout process and want to apply that to real-world infrastructure.

Project finance analyst ready for more ownership — you've built the models and supported the deals, now you want to own workstreams and shape outcomes.
