Infrastructure Network SME

Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of: Ethernet, TCP/IP, ARP, DNS, DHCP
• Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, ECMP
• Datacenter Technologies: Spine-Leaf Architectures, VXLAN, EVPN, Fabric Networking, Overlay and Underlay Networks, High Availability Designs
• Vendor Platforms: Experience with one or more of Cisco Nexus, Arista EOS, Juniper MX/QFX

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operations: Work on Tier-2 and Tier-3 incidents and service requests for datacenter network infrastructure; troubleshoot complex network issues affecting production environment; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive steps; participate in on-call rotation and escalation support; monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
• Projects: Participate in design and deployment of datacenter network solutions; implement network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades; support network migrations, refreshes, and capacity planning initiatives; develop and maintain network architecture documentation and topology diagrams; participate in infrastructure-as-code initiatives; participate in automation and standardization process.
• Security: Configure ACLs and network security controls; support firewall integrations and segmentation requirements with the Security team.
• Generic Managerial Skills: Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore model; good customer‑facing communication skills; team management skills.

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000‑$140,000 a year
