Operations
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - 75,000 / year. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s experience and skills.
Inbound & Outbound Command
- Oversee all facility receiving and shipping operations.
- Unload supplier deliveries, inspect shipments for quality and accuracy, and meticulously reconcile physical cargo against packing slips and bills of lading.
Precision Order Staging
- Prepare, pack, and stage critical infrastructure equipment, materials, and kits for operational deployment, ensuring items are safely secured and positioned for rapid dispatch.
Inventory & Asset Control
- Systematically sort, label, and allocate materials for designated locations.
- Maintain real-time data integrity in our asset-tracking databases so that digital counts match physical stock perfectly.
Quality Control & Maintenance
- Proactively identify, document, and isolate damaged or discrepant inventory.
- Ensure returning equipment is cleaned, organized, and property prepped for its next operational cycle.
Audit Leadership
- Lead regular physical inventory counts, spot audits, and cycle-testing routines to ensure zero leakage or asset displacement.
Facility & Safety Oversight
- Walk the facility floor daily to maintain an immaculate, organized, and highly functional workspace.
- Optimize square footage and ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards.

Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, distribution, or logistics coordination.
- Proven experience working with inventory management software (IMS), digital warehouse management tools, (WMS), or enterprise asset-tracking systems. High proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets).
- Ability to regularly lift, stack, and move equipment and materials, weighing up to 70 lbs. Comfort standing, walking, and operating material-handling equipment throughout a standard shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and excellent time management capabilities.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule or event-driven schedule when critical operational infrastructure projects require evening or weekend logistics support.
- Prior experience managing inventory or logistics specifically for high-value technology hardware, data center components, or enterprise electrical/infrastructure materials.
