About the role

You’ll serve as a senior market-facing executive responsible for driving growth, shaping large-scale client transformations, and leading the successful delivery of complex capital programs across public and private sector clients.

You’ll partner with C-suite and senior public-sector leaders to modernize how they plan, govern, and execute capital investments—integrating capital program delivery, digital enablement, and operating model transformation.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor across the full capital lifecycle—planning, funding, design, construction, and transition to operations—leveraging Accenture’s global capabilities, digital assets, and industry expertise.

You’ll lead program execution and governance as an executive sponsor or engagement lead, mobilizing global, multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring delivery excellence.

You’ll design and implement modern PMO and governance models, oversee integrated project controls, and leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to support portfolio-level decision-making.
