Infrastructure Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute approved infrastructure designs, standards, and roadmaps.
• Participate in capacity planning, lifecycle management, and operational readiness activities.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks.
• Assist with evaluation, testing, and deployment of infrastructure components.
• Support implementation of new systems, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate asset and system documentation.
• Support infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Operational Management

• Provide day-to-day infrastructure support, monitoring, and incident response.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and backup verification.
• Support disaster recovery readiness through testing, validation, and documentation.
• Manage infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Other Requirements
