About the role

Lincoln Electric’s Euclid, OH location is looking for bright, driven individuals to join our Information Technology (IT) Internship Program—designed to connect your academic foundation with real-world, hands-on experience. As a participant, you’ll bridge your education with a future in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and leadership.

This full-time, paid internship places you at the intersection of data science, information technology, and industrial innovation. As an IT Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to digitize processes by integrating applications and infrastructure to meet business needs. You’ll analyze data, plan and execute projects, and help drive decisions that shape the future of our operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business field
  • Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis

Qualifications

  • A degree in any of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Cyber Security, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related disciplines
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Applications
  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Target program dates: May 25th – August 6th, 2027

Benefits

  • Relocation Assistance: While local candidates are preferred, a temporary housing stipend may be available for those residing outside the immediate area of the internship location.
