Information Technology Specialist - Mid

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to support a long-term Department of Defense program focused on Marine Corps enterprise IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity support. This position is on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana.

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will provide systems and network support to maintain and optimize mission-critical IT environments. Join a team supporting national defense initiatives through 2028 while working with enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, integration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
• Assist with network and system upgrades while collaborating with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Support and troubleshoot IP networking services including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
• Assist in the integration, sustainment, and recovery of enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to ensure mission continuity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience supporting enterprise environments.
• Active Security+ certification (or equivalent IAT Level II certification).
• Cisco certification (CCNA preferred).
• Microsoft certification.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Pay

Salary Range: $32.16/hr
