INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I
Responsibilities
Provide technical support of computer and enterprise applications and systems including, but not limited to, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and related peripheral equipment; and troubleshoot endpoint devices and network connectivity issues.
Requirements
- Completion of sixty (60) semester units of coursework that is acceptable within the United States’ accredited college or university system with at least fifteen (15) units of course work in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- A copy of your transcripts verifying completion of coursework is required and must be attached to your application.
- Two (2) years of full-time, paid work experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems and related peripheral equipment or designing, developing, and modifying computer applications.
- In addition to the options listed above, the following is also required: License: Possession of a valid Class “C” driver's license, or equivalent.
Qualifications
