INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I
Job Description and Duties
The Information Technology Specialist I serves as a subject matter expert in evaluating software requests containing Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) features. Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing technical specifications
- Conducting market research
- Developing GenAI standards
- Staying current on GenAI trends, risks, and compliance obligations
- Clearing requirements for Statements of Work (SOW), solicitation documents, and procurement activities
Working Conditions
Work environment includes open-spaced partitioned cubicles and prolonged periods of time on a computer. The position is a hybrid, in-office/telework role, subject to change.
Minimum Requirements
The minimum requirements include:
- Education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school plus one year of full-time experience in a related field
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
