What You’ll Do
- Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, system access, and other IT-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues submitted through helpdesk tickets, phone calls, or in-person requests, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network equipment, and other IT peripherals in accordance with company standards.
- Deploy software updates, patches, and security fixes across desktops, servers, and other IT systems while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Support and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and cloud-based network environments.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of key IT systems, including Active Directory, email systems, file servers, and backup solutions, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
- Provide user training and guidance on technology, IT best practices, cybersecurity awareness, and effective use of company systems.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including procedures, system configurations, troubleshooting guides, knowledge-base articles, and end-user training materials.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and technology rollouts.
- Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, coordinate equipment repairs, and support the procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment across the organization.
