Responsibilities

• Creates framework for property user profile interfaces as they relate to Company systems and networks.
• Analyzes hardware, software, and computer system functional specifications to determine property and business needs.
• Partners with property leadership to implement products, systems, and specifications from analysis outcomes.
• Provides oversight and leadership to the local IT team and staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring they are carried out.
• Interacts with property management to convey the status of IT projects and to understand what other business units are working on to ensure proper alignment with IT initiatives.
• Accesses restrictive areas, software, and hardware based on need and follows property and company security guidelines, including pre-authorization.
• Confers regularly with management and corporate quality control personnel to resolve problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of technology and equipment.
• Prepares, monitors, and adheres to budgets, ensuring compliance with departmental budget initiatives, and reports concerns or deviations to Executive Management/GM.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility and reports potential issues to Executive Management/GM.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay

Starting salary based on experience level.
