Key Responsibilities
- Ad Hoc Support: Reach and work from any Noble location efficiently.
- Help Desk Administration: Assist in responding to and resolving support tickets related to Audio Visual, laptops (Windows / Mac), Chromebooks, and business mobile devices.
- Assist the team in assessing hardware/software issues impacting all of Noble, whether proprietary or third-party.
- Provide support to staff and students at 18+ Noble schools with a service mentality.
- Respond to technology issues outside of normal business hours and staff occasional weekend and evening projects.
Candidate Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Android, ChromeOS, MacOS & IOS), Microsoft 365 Administration, Google Administration, and Help Desk management tools.

- Education and Experience: Completion of an Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant technology field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Compensation
We strive to be the best place to work, and our employee benefits are thoughtfully designed to support this ambition. Compensation for this position falls between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range.
