Responsibilities
- Participate in day-to-day lab-related activities for the Army Field Integration team.
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Review existing technical solutions for improvements and efficiencies of software modules.
- Perform analysis of system operations and troubleshoot operating systems, database management, and network systems.
- Utilize analytical data to identify operational trends and implement escalation and resolution techniques.
Qualifications
- Full-time student majoring in Information Technology or a related degree.
- Initiative, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Clearance Requirements
- Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
