Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain both new and existing applications using C#, VB, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
  • Create secure, responsive, and 508 compliant web-based user experiences.
  • Write and maintain basic and complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Write and maintain SQL Server Integration Services packages and SQL Server Reporting Services reports.
  • Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
  • Participate in design discussions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Must have knowledge in C#, VB, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Responsive Design, Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, Web Accessibility Standards, and Web Application Security.
  • Must have 4+ years web development experience.
  • Must have a solid understanding of OOP design principles and best practices.
  • Must have working knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server Management Studio, SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, and relational database schema design.
  • Must have the ability to transform business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Must have the ability to quickly grasp new technology.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to mentor and provide technical assistance to team members.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Knowledge in Entity Framework, jQuery, Bootstrap, Accessibility Standards (SiteImprove) and Open XML SDK.
  • Knowledge of SAMII Financial.
  • Knowledge of SQL DBA, Windows Server and Desktop.
