Lead Technology That Advances Justice We are looking for a technology leader who can lead people, own enterprise applications, deliver major technology projects, and turn operational challenges into scalable solutions. The Information Systems Manager will help shape how one of Georgia's busiest constitutional offices uses technology, data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve court operations, customer service, and access to justice. This is not a traditional IT support management role. It is an opportunity to influence technology strategy while leading the people and systems that deliver it.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Applications – Lead application administration, configuration, integrations, APIs, upgrades, testing, releases, enhancements, and application roadmaps.
• Technical Team Leadership – Supervise technical staff, establish priorities and performance expectations, manage workload and accountability, coach employees, and strengthen cross-training and team capacity.
• Projects & Modernization – Lead enterprise implementations from planning through go-live, including requirements, scope, schedules, risks, vendors, testing, training, change management, and operational readiness.
• Technology Operations – Drive system reliability, application support, incident escalation, ticket management, root-cause analysis, change control, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• AI, Automation & Data – Identify responsible opportunities for AI and automation, develop dashboards and performance measures, support SQL-based analysis, and use data to improve operations and decision-making.
• Business & Vendor Partnerships – Partner with executives, operational teams, County IT, justice partners, and vendors to translate business needs into technology solutions and hold partners accountable for results.
• Knowledge & Adoption – Strengthen technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge transfer, training, and technology adoption across the Office.
