Information Services - Technician

Delta Health System is seeking an Information Services Technician to join in our patient-focused team. Requirements Provides technical, software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environmentTwo-year Associates degree or equivalent experience, preferred Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate effectively in English to the degree required to perform the job.Expert knowledge of desktops and printersWorking knowledge of TCP/IPWorking knowledge of software installation, printers, faxes, scanners, etc.Experience with Microsoft Office and other interrelated applicationsExperience with Microsoft Active DirectoryBasic knowledge of serversKnowledge of multiple computer platforms (including but not limited to MS Windows, MS Office, Meditech Magic, and Cerner Millennium)
