Information Services - Technician

Requirements

• Provides technical, software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment
• Two-year Associates degree or equivalent experience, preferred
• Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate effectively in English to the degree required to perform the job.
• Expert knowledge of desktops and printers
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP
• Working knowledge of software installation, printers, faxes, scanners, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other interrelated applications
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of servers
• Knowledge of multiple computer platforms (including but not limited to MS Windows, MS Office, Meditech Magic, and Cerner Millennium)
