Informatics Pharmacist (Epic Willow Ambulatory)

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Epic's Willow Ambulatory application
• Review and build of custom concepts and workflows
• Identify and resolve issues with pharmacy-related systems
• Biannual Nova upgrades and regular Orion Project tracking
• Cross-team build and maintenance with both clinical and non-clinical applications
• Potential device testing, third-party testing, and external vendor testing
• Work with training team and Clinical Informatics team to roll out new functionality and projects
• Design, build, and test reports to support clinical and operational initiatives
• Weekends or evenings as primary on-call in a rotation with the Willow pharmacy team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy (BS or PharmD degree)
• Hold an active, unencumbered state license issued by the Board of Pharmacy
• Two years hospital pharmacy experience or PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency
• Completion of an accredited PGY1 Residency and a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency is preferred
• Previous experience working in an academic medical center environment preferred
• Epic Analyst experience is preferred
