Responsibilities
- Handles day-to-day account support tasks, including the creation of trackers, reporting, recaps, filing images, invoices, and budget management.
- Develops influencer lists, visual direction, and assists with messaging for branded campaigns while overseeing timely execution with talent and agency partners.
- Assists with the planning and execution of events that coordinate with branded initiatives and offers organic content opportunities for partners and consumers, including RSVPs, talent management, and check-ins.
- Nurtures and sustains trusting relationships with both agency partners, clients, and talent.
Qualifications
- At least 3 months of previous experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or public relations (internship experience included; prior agency experience preferred).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with experience handling multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Embodies the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion; demonstrates self-awareness, cultural competency, and the ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic workplace, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
Pay
Base salary of $45,000 with eligibility for overtime.
