Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Hello There Collective is a female-led creative agency based in Los Angeles, specializing in a 360-degree approach to brand building in the digital space. We work with brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle, delivering performance-driven influencer, content, and social media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination – Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, influencer communication, deliverable management, and timeline tracking.
• Content Management – Organize, track, and manage influencer content submissions, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and deliverables.
• Reporting & Analytics – Assist in tracking campaign KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions) and compiling performance data into actionable reports.
• Relationship Management – Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with influencers to foster authentic, long-term partnerships.
• Administrative Support – Help with contracts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks to keep campaign workflows running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working on influencer marketing campaigns (agency or in-house)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A keen eye for aesthetics and understanding of different brands’ influencer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, social media tools, and industry trends is a plus
