Influencer Marketing Coordinator
About the role
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Fabletics' women's paid influencer program, aiming to enhance its success, growth, evolution, and performance. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Influencer Marketing, this role involves talent sourcing, influencer relationship management, program execution, and admin support, along with industry research, inventory management, and product seeding support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage on-brand influencers to expand and optimize the influencer program.
- Oversee day-to-day communication with influencer and agency partners, ensuring prompt and effective responses to all inquiries and requests.
- Review and approve influencer content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments to influencers.
- Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, social media, paid media, and creative, to ensure the strategic and cohesive utilization of influencer content.
- Aid internal teams with influencer-related projects and initiatives.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing to create content lookbooks and directional collateral, helping influencers fulfill their contractual obligations.
- Share creative content ideas and inspiration with internal teams and partners to enhance our campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, gathering key insights to strengthen partnership programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in communications, marketing, or public relations preferred
- 1-2 years of full-time experience in PR, marketing, or influencer relations and/or 2 years of internship experience
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- A positive, high-energy team player who possesses excellent organization and project management skills
- Solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to work on multiple projects at a time and quickly pivot based on brand needs
- Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and understanding of social media platforms
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience executing influencer campaigns across social media (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Pay
The hourly range for this position is from $26.00-$28.27/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
Schedule
This role will be based in Fabletics' El Segundo Headquarters.
