Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the development and execution of influencer-driven campaigns across Flighthouse’s music and entertainment verticals. This position serves as a critical bridge between internal marketing leads and external influencer partners, ensuring that campaigns are executed with efficiency, creativity, and precision.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and curate strategic influencer lists across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with client goals and cultural trends to pitch creators to clients and assist in influencer casting for paid campaigns
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and management teams and act as the point of contact for influencers throughout campaign lifecycles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Negotiate rates and terms with talent reps and individual creators to support in drafting scopes, agreements, and contracts in collaboration with the legal and business affairs teams.
- Facilitate timely execution of all documentation
- Track campaign deliverables and KPIs across platforms, aggregating analytics and producing recap reports that reflect success, learnings, and optimization opportunities
- Coincide invoice collection, approval, and payment processing with internal finance teams
- Maintain clear documentation of creator payments and ensure timely disbursement
- Work closely with Account Managers, Creatives, and Strategy leads to support brainstorms, campaign ideation, and talent alignment for branded content
- Stay up-to-date on influencer trends, viral content, and emerging digital talent.
- Proactively bring new creator recommendations and culturally relevant ideas to the table
- Flexibly support ad-hoc projects, brainstorms, and creative research as needed across the broader marketing team
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, or related digital marketing role
- Deep familiarity with the creator economy and social-first platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creator-facing dialogue
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management and influencer tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Tagger, Grin) is a plus
- Passion for pop culture, internet trends, and music/entertainment content is highly desirable
Pay Scale
$19.23 - $21.63 per hour
