Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher- Full-Time, Full-Year

Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an Early Head Start Lead Teacher to lead a classroom serving infants and toddlers ages 0–3 during the most critical years of development. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact from the very beginning of a child’s journey.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally responsive environment that supports early learning and healthy attachment.
• Implement curriculum aligned with Head Start standards, guide daily routines, and individualize care to meet each child’s unique needs.
• Mentor support staff, model best practices in infant–toddler care, and build strong partnerships with families to promote growth at home and in the classroom.
