Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher- Full-Time, Full-Year

Grow Infants. Grow Families. Grow Futures. Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an Early Head Start Lead Teacher to lead a classroom serving infants and toddlers ages 0–3 during the most critical years of development.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally responsive environment that supports early learning and healthy attachment.
• Implement curriculum aligned with Head Start standards.
• Guide daily routines.
• Individualize care to meet each child’s unique needs.
• Mentor support staff.
• Model best practices in infant–toddler care.
• Build strong partnerships with families to promote growth at home and in the classroom.
• Make a meaningful impact from the very beginning of a child’s journey.
