Lead Toddler Teacher - Full Time

About the role

The Goddard School in Rochester, MI is seeking lead teachers to join our team. This is a full time position with full time shifts of nine hours with an hour break.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging curriculum based on children's interests
• Communicate with parents through various means
• Observe children's development and work with other teachers to develop ideas
• Engage with other infant, toddler, and preschool teachers to grow professionally

Requirements

• Passionate about early childhood education
• Energetic and nurturing personality
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers
• Ability to follow teacher to child ratios
• Knowledge of CPR and First Aid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
