Infant Development Specialist On the Road - Pasadena/Los Angeles

About the role

Provide in-home services to children ages 0-3 that have developmental delays in several cities within the Regional Center catchment areas: Glendale, La Canada Flintridge, Pasadena, Burbank, Eagle Rock, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, Silver Lake, etc. with PAID mileage. Other cities also hiring for: El Monte, Baldwin Park, Rosemead, West Covina, Covina, La Puente. Looking to fill this position immediately.

Responsibilities

• Travel to every client's home and provide 1 hour of service per client following an established curriculum
• Infant teacher addresses social skills, fine motor, gross motor, self-help and language development
• Write a summary note after each session
• Work collaboratively with Clinical Director
• Attend mandatory monthly meetings
• Meet for weekly supervision

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm and professional phone manner
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, multi-task and prioritize work, and help the team meet goals
• Strong track record of building relationships
• Ability to collaborate to deliver an excellent client experience as part of a team
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms
• Passion for helping families access autism therapy services
• Enjoys creative problem-solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
