Infant and Toddler Development Specialist

The Infant / Toddler CDA Specialist is responsible for supporting high-quality care for children from birth to three years old in community-focused programs. Key Duties Include Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate, CDA-aligned curricula.Modeling best practices for caregivers to ensure quality care.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.Conducting observations and assessments of child development.Documenting child progress and development.Collaborating with families, healthcare, and social service staff to promote holistic development and school readiness.
