About the role
Leveraging industrial maintenance expertise, this position supports the sales, marketing, development, and delivery of specialized technical training programs for manufacturing and industrial applications, while overseeing related projects.
A key component of the role includes business development and the cultivation of strong employer partnerships. Some travel and occasional work outside standard hours may be required to meet departmental needs.

- Support the sales, marketing, development, and delivery of specialized technical training programs for manufacturing and industrial applications.

Requirements
- Education: Associate's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Licenses and Certifications: Career and Technical Instructional Certificate.
- Experience: Three (3) years of work experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of equipment and/or processes related to industrial maintenance operations.
- Experience: Completion of a registered apprenticeship program in mechatronics, industrial maintenance or related field.
- Experience: Training/mentoring experience.
- Experience: Sales/marketing experience.
- Experience: Grant administration experience.

- Driving: Possession of a valid driver's license.
