Industrial Sales Operations Specialist
Job Summary
CW Round Rock has an amazing opportunity for an Industrial Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team! As our Industrial Sales Operation Specialist, you will support delivery of sales in line with order intake budget and forecast commitments. You will work with various departments to maximize sales success.
About the Role
You will provide operational support in key areas such as digital tools and CRM, forecasting and pipeline, price lists. You will also engage with Order Management, Operations Management & Engineering Teams to facilitate actions required to support bid & proposal process including monitoring and assisting to close open items within the required timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations & proposals utilizing Syteline ERP & CRM Systems
- Track and customer follow-up on CRM Opportunities/Quotations through closure and responsible for updating CRM accordingly
- Establish and manage effective working relationships with customers, peers, and business teams to create winning strategies for specific opportunities
- Plan, develop, prepare, publish, and deliver winning sales proposals
- Drive delivery of commercial contributions including NDAs, terms and conditions, guarantees
- Deliver customer satisfaction through timely delivery, communication, and support
- Operate within the sales calendar, undertake analyses of available data (market segments, customers, CRM, delivering performance, KPIs, sales visits, forecasts, and variances) and produce insights for head of sales, sales account managers, and wider business
- Manage and monitor digital tools and CRM for completeness and validity of dashboard information
- Drive quality in pipeline management and maintain and share an accurate order intake forecast
Requirements
- Mandatory Degree in business, sales, engineering, scientific discipline or equivalent demonstrable industry experience
- Multiple years of demonstrable experience in Sales Operation function or equivalent demonstrable industry experience
- Multiple years of experience working in a technical sales or applications role, preferably in an instrument and controls environment
- Familiarity with ERP (Syteline preferred), CRM, Power BI or similar sales operations tools
- Ability to prepare / manage detailed technical and commercial proposals
- Technical aptitude with capability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings
- Ability to travel (expected to be less than 20% of time) to deliver business and personal objectives
Qualifications
- Preferred Proficient in or familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Ability to perform data analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel

Pay
$65,700.00 - $100,000.00 annually, plus bonus
