Responsibilities

• Sell products being promoted and keep record of sales
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
• Apply approved processes and procedures where necessary to resolve vendor concerns timely and efficiently
• Aid sales team with distribution of sales documentation and product literature
• Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Steel, Pipes, Valves & fitting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Results oriented and service minded
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

Pay

The starting wage for this role ranges from $15.00 to $23.79 per hour, with the possibility of bonuses or incentive plans. The exact starting wage may vary based on local or state wage requirements. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations and is an equal opportunity employer.
