Industrial Robotics Engineer (Peru) — Remote, Full-Time

Support Peru-based manufacturing and automation programs remotely, focused on deploying, programming, commissioning, and maintaining industrial robot cells. You will collaborate with on-site stakeholders as needed to improve safety, uptime, and throughput across production lines. Key Responsibilities Program and debug industrial robots using teach pendant and offline programming toolsPlan and execute cell commissioning, including PLC/robot handshake logic and sequence reviewsValidate I/O, fieldbus mappings, interlocks, and safe motion; complete safety validation checklistsRun robot simulation/digital commissioning for reach studies, collision checks, and cycle-time improvementSupport EOAT integration and coordinate with controls engineers on implementation detailsTroubleshoot downtime using alarms, logs, and production data; perform root-cause analysisProduce clear technical documentation, work instructions, FAT/SAT checklists, and maintenance playbooks Required Qualifications Mid-senior experience in industrial robotics or automation engineeringHands-on robot programming, commissioning workflows, and production supportUnderstanding of PLC integration, industrial I/O, and troubleshooting practicesFamiliarity with robot safety concepts, risk assessment, and validation practicesAbility to work remotely with structured communication and strong documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Offline programming/simulation experience and virtual cell workflowsMachine vision integration for guidance or inspectionIndustrial networking: EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, DeviceNetExperience in high-mix manufacturing and production ramp support Workplace Remote (engineering support with collaboration with on-site teams when needed).
