About the role
Responsible for maintaining and operating industrial refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration equipment.
- Monitor system efficiency and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Skills
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and HVAC principles.
- Experience with refrigerant handling and leak detection.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
