The Industrial Pump Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of industrial pumps across multiple facilities. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of industrial pumps at various facilities.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve pump-related issues promptly.
• Train and mentor field technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage a team of field technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial pump operations and maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising a team.
• Knowledge of pump systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
