About the role

Established General Contractor seeking a Project Manager with 10+ years of construction experience to manage large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule and budget
• Manage subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to ownership
• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong background in industrial construction
• Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Experience managing subcontractors and project teams
• Proficiency with construction project management software
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $103,500 to $126,500
