Location: Bradford, MA 01835 | Full-Time | Overnight shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (4 x 10.5-hour shifts)

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, conveyors, pumps, packaging equipment, and other industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, relays, HMIs, fuse panels, and industrial control systems.
- Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and install machinery and mechanical components.
- Perform emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using a CMMS or similar maintenance system.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Work closely with production and sanitation teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience repairing industrial equipment.
- Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, relays, sensors, and industrial controls.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical school or vocational training is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Experience
- Food, beverage, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing experience.
- Experience using CMMS maintenance software.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus.
Pay
$30.00 - $40/hour + overtime.
Schedule
Overnight shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (4 x 10.5-hour shifts). Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
