Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging and processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Repair and replace parts as needed, documenting work in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with production teams to uphold safety and food-quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and promote continuous improvement and sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex machinery.
• Strong documentation skills using CMMS software.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and process improvement.
