Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Full-Time

Role: Lumber Mill Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair high-volume manufacturing equipment including sawmill machinery, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and material-handling systems.Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.Support root-cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.Collaborate with a safety-focused team to promote a safe work environment.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the mill. Qualifications & Skills Hands-on experience with industrial machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and material-handling systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
