Activities and perspectives

• Tackle, think along, take responsibility
• Learn to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Learn electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic control systems
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and modifications
• Learn proper use of hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Follow all Mettler Packaging safety policies and procedures

Requirements

What you should bring with you

• High school diploma
• Willingness and ability to learn mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and ability to work with others
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
