Industrial Laborer

The Industrial Laborer ensures that industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and food processing plants, are clean, sanitized, and free of contaminants.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and other surfaces using Plant-approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Disposing of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with Plant policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment used in the production process, such as motors, pipes, conduits, stairs, and catwalks.
• Conducting routine inspections of the facility to identify areas that require additional cleaning.
• Communicating with other employees to ensure that cleaning schedules are coordinated with production schedules.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to management.
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Requirements

• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position, including standing, bending, kneeling, fitting into tight spaces, climbing stairs/ladders, and working at heights.
