What to Expect
As an Industrial HVAC Technician you will being a Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician licensure, be fully capable of diagnosing and leading repairs on complex HVAC, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting new equipment installations across the manufacturing plant.
Your Role
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and leading repairs on HVAC system breakdowns while supporting root-cause analysis efforts.
- Performing accurate and timely preventive maintenance.
- Cooking and interpreting complex schematics.
- Resolving technical issues on production and facility equipment.
- Cooking and coordinating safety procedures such as lockout/tagout and safe lift operation.
- Supporting the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
What You Will Have (Basic Requirements)
- Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician (Class C Required)
- 3 years minimum cumulative industrial HVAC experience within manufacturing and other industrial related industries
- Ability to read schematics
Top Candidates Will Also Have (Preferrred Requirements)
- Prior experience within a Caterpillar facility
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting on HVAC Production and Facility equipment
- Advanced electronic, pneumatic and Hydraulic systems knowledge

Summary
Pay Range: $27.05 - $34.00
