Industrial Engineer Technician II (Weekend Day Shift)

Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing time studies and time estimates.
• Update Key Processes and process maps as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
• Update the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB) as directed by the Industrial Engineer, including but not limited to Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations and part master data.
• Enter configuration data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as directed by the Industrial Engineer, including but not limited to routes, steps, and process times.
• Ensure Jabil processes are standardized across the site in alignment with global, regional, and site requirements.
• Support Lean initiatives by maintaining accurate process data and ensuring data integrity to drive continuous improvement.
• Support and perform all lower-level Industrial Engineering duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools (e.g., work measurement, process mapping, facility layout, and workstation design).
• Strong attention to detail when updating data and systems.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Basic communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office products; experience with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD required.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shift 1: Friday - Sunday (6am - 6pm)
