Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and facility electrical systems
  • Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, transformers, control panels, sensors, lighting, and other production equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and modify Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using basic and ladder logic
  • Maintain maintenance records, work orders, machine history, and equipment modifications using computerized maintenance systems (CMMS)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives while following all safety and electrical standards

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education, apprenticeship, military experience, or trade school
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial electrical equipment and automated manufacturing systems
  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
  • Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting using ladder logic
  • Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Industrial electrical systems
    • Industrial controls and instrumentation
    • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
    • Motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control circuits
    • Temperature and pressure control systems

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Skills

  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • PLC programming
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
  • Understanding of industrial electrical systems
  • Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $27.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, giving you every other weekend off. Available shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)
