Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and facility electrical systems
- Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, transformers, control panels, sensors, lighting, and other production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and modify Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using basic and ladder logic
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, machine history, and equipment modifications using computerized maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while following all safety and electrical standards
Requirements
- Five (5) years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education, apprenticeship, military experience, or trade school
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial electrical equipment and automated manufacturing systems
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting using ladder logic
- Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Industrial electrical systems
- Industrial controls and instrumentation
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control circuits
- Temperature and pressure control systems
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Skills
- Electrical troubleshooting
- PLC programming
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Understanding of industrial electrical systems
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Pay
Competitive pay ranging from $27.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule
Work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, giving you every other weekend off. Available shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)
